We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product you received is defective or incorrect. If this has happened, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase at enquiries@jyx.shop and include the following information about your order:
– Your order reference number
– A photograph of the damaged packaging and product (if applicable)
– A written description of the defect
– Indicate whether you would prefer an exchange or a refund
Please do not dispose of defective items, as we will need to collect them. However, we regret that original shipping charges cannot be refunded unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds will only be processed after we receive the relevant product in its original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition. Please note that you will be responsible for the return delivery charges and a 25% restocking fee based on the purchase price of the returned products. We reserve the right to decline any returns that do not meet these conditions.
For any exchange or refund, products must have been purchased directly from idsskincare.com. We are unable to process exchanges or replacements for products purchased from IDS Aesthetics, IDS Clinic, or IDS retail outlets.
Approved refunds (less the restocking fee) will be issued to your original mode of payment within two to four weeks after we have received your item(s). Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
