What is Birthday Month Promotion?
Every JYX Member is entitled to a one-time 30% discount code during their birthday month.
When can I use the Birthday Month discount code?
The discount code can only be used in your birthday month and applies only to à la carte items. Each member is entitled to use the 30% Birthday Month discount code once per calendar year.
Can the Birthday Month discount code be combined with other promo codes?
No. The 30% Birthday Month discount cannot be used together with other promotional codes. If another promo code is applied at checkout, the Birthday Month discount will automatically be removed from your cart.
How do I make an online purchase at jyx.shop?
- Register as a new user at https://www.jyx.shop/login.
 - Log in to your new account and begin shopping.
 - Simply select the item(s) you wish to purchase and Add to Cart.
 - Preview your selected item(s) in the Shopping Cart located on the top right of the page. You may make an edit in your Shopping Cart.
 - If you have a coupon/promo code, please enter the code and apply.
 - When you are ready to place the order, hit the Checkout button.
 - Fill in your billing and delivery details.
 - Please read and check the "Agree to the Terms and Conditions" box.
 - Select the Continue button to proceed to Payment.
 - Please review your order and the total amount before completing the payment.
 - You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you have placed your order. Your order is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email from us.

What payment gateway is JYX using?
Payment Gateways Used by JYX
- Debia: JYX uses the Debia payment gateway to process payments securely. During checkout, you’ll be redirected to Debia’s page, where an OTP (One-Time Password) may be required. Please allow a few moments for the OTP page to load. Debia supports multiple payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, GrabPay, PayNow, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and ShopeePay.
 - Atome: For purchases on installment, JYX uses the Atome payment gateway. Atome’s installment process breaks up your final cart price into 3 payments. For any issues with installment payments, please contact support@atome.sg.
 - ShopBack: JYX also supports payments via ShopBack, providing you with more flexibility and rewards for your purchases.
 
How long does it take to receive my order confirmation?
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully completed. Please check your email for the confirmation message. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, kindly check your junk or spam folder before contacting us.
What payment methods are available?
We accept all major credit cards. Please note that telegraphic transfers from banks outside of Singapore are not accepted.
Are my credit card details secure?
Yes. All transactions are SSL-encrypted for your protection, and your payment details will never be stored or accessed without your consent. All information provided is kept strictly confidential and used solely by JYX for order fulfilment and customer service.
Can I amend my order after it has been confirmed and paid for?
Once payment is complete, orders are automatically processed for prompt delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to an order after it has been confirmed.

Why can’t I add certain products to my cart?
This may occur if the product is:
- Out of stock, or
 - Unavailable for delivery in your selected country due to import or export restrictions.

Can I be placed on a waiting list for out-of-stock products?
We understand how disappointing it is when your favourite products are unavailable, and we apologise for the inconvenience. We are currently developing a Waiting List feature that will let you add out-of-stock items to your Wish List and receive updates once they are restocked.
Can I test the products before buying them online?
As we operate exclusively online, product testing is not available. However, our dedicated customer service team is always happy to assist with any questions you may have. Simply fill in the Contact Us form located at the top right of the page, and our Customer Service Officer will reach out within three (3) working days.
How does Atome work?
Atome allows you to split your total bill into three equal, interest-free instalments. Simply make your purchase as usual — it’s that easy.
How do I pay using Atome?
After entering your details and shipping address, click Proceed. You will then see an option to choose between Full Payment or Instalment Payment.
Select Instalment (powered by Atome.sg) to divide your payment into three equal parts over three months.
Example: If you purchase an item worth S$300, you will pay S$100 upfront, S$100 in the second month, and S$100 in the third month to complete your payment.
Are the instalments interest-free?
Yes. The three-part instalment plan powered by Atome is completely interest-free, with no hidden fees when payments are made on time.
Can I use both a credit card and a debit card for the Instalment purchase?
Yes. Atome accepts both credit and debit cards for instalment payments.
What happens if I request a refund for a purchase made with Atome?
All refunds are subject to JYX’s standard refund policy and eligibility criteria. Atome serves only as a payment platform, offering a 3-month instalment plan to enhance your shopping experience.
If your refund request is approved, Atome will notify JYX.shop to initiate the refund process.
- For a full refund, any unpaid instalments will be cancelled, and the amount you have already paid will be refunded.
 - Example: If you purchased an item using Atome and have already made your first instalment, the remaining two instalments will be cancelled, and your first instalment will be refunded.
 
Partial Refund
When a partial refund is issued, the refund amount will first be deducted from your next scheduled instalment.
Example:
If you purchased two items priced at $45 each (a total $90) and paid your first instalment of $30, you will receive a partial refund of $45. In this case, your third instalment will be cancelled, and you will only need to pay $15 for your second instalment. Any remaining balance will be refunded directly to your debit or credit card.
Payment Summary:
- Total purchase: $90 (3 instalments of $30)
 - Partial refund: $45
 - Amount due: $45
 - First instalment: $30
 - Second instalment: $15 (after deduction)
 - Third instalment: Cancelled
 
Your Atome account will be automatically updated to reflect the full or partial refund under the “Bills” tab.
I have Atome Vouchers. How do I use them?
- Vouchers can only be redeemed through the Atome mobile app. When completing your order on the merchant’s page, select Atome as your payment method, and you will be redirected to Atome’s payment page.
 - Tap Continue to Pay, and you will see an Add Promotions
 - Choose the voucher you wish to use and click Confirm to apply it.
 
What happens if I miss a payment on Atome?
If you miss a scheduled instalment, Atome will temporarily freeze your account until the outstanding amount is paid. To reactivate your account, Atome will charge a S$20 administrative fee.
If the instalment and administrative fee are not paid within seven (7) days, an additional S$10 fee will be imposed. In Singapore, the maximum administrative fee is capped at S$60 per transaction.
As long as you make your payments on time, the only cost you will incur is the price of your purchase. We encourage you to make timely payments to continue enjoying the convenience of Atome instalments.

Can I change my delivery details after making payment?

How do I qualify for free shipping?
Free shipping is available within Singapore for orders above S$80.
What are member points?
Member points are rewards you earn when you shop at JYX Shop. These points can be redeemed for products, vouchers, or exclusive benefits.
Can I transfer member points to another account?
No, member points are non-transferable and must be used within the account where they were earned.
Can I earn points on discounted purchases?
Yes, points are earned even on discounted purchases or those made using promo codes, unless otherwise stated.
Can I use member points with other discounts or promo codes?
Member points cannot be used directly to offset a purchase. They must first be redeemed for a voucher or product.
Please note that vouchers redeemed with points cannot be combined with other promo codes.
How can I check my member points balance?
Sign in to your JYX Shop account and view your balance under the "Loyalty & Rewards" or "My Points" section.
What happens to my points if I return an item?
Points earned from a returned purchase will be deducted from your account once the return has been processed.
How do I join the rewards programme?
Simply create an account on our website and start shopping. Your member points will accumulate automatically with each purchase.
What products would you recommend for my skin concerns?
We recommend visiting our affiliated partner, IDS Clinic, for a free skin consultation. The doctors there will assess your skin condition and recommend the most suitable IDS products for your needs.
Why does my product rub off or ball up during application?
Product balling, or pilling, occurs when too much product is used or applied in the wrong order.
For best results, start with products with a lighter or more fluid texture, and apply each layer thinly, using gentle pressing or dabbing rather than rubbing.
